Monica Gee, evolving into Shenelle—is a woman of faith, a wife, a mother, and the visionary behind S.H.E. I.S. Ministry, where women are reminded that they are Strong, Humble, Enlightened, and Interdependent… She is Me, She is My Sista.

Just as Jesus renamed Simon to Peter, marking a transformation and a calling, Monica’s journey reflects her own becoming. While Monica is still part of her story, Shenelle represents who she is growing into, a new creation, shaped by God’s grace, healing, and purpose.

As the author of She Is Becoming, she writes from a place of real-life transformation. Through a challenging season in her marriage, she encountered God on a deeper level and discovered that her voice carries power ,not just for herself, but for every woman in need of healing, clarity, and restoration.

What began as a childhood love for storytelling in Oakland, California, creating plays and bringing joy to others, has now evolved into a divine assignment. Today, Shenelle uses her words to guide women into deeper intimacy with God, helping them release what no longer serves them and embrace who they are in Christ.

Her journals are more than books, they are transformational experiences. Each page is designed to help women reflect, heal, and grow in faith, confidence, and identity.
